If the engine is still original, you might get some idea of about when it was built. Is it a flathead of F-head?
Bless its heart, it has had so many additions and improvements it looks like a giraffe-o-vark-apottamus; (a fictional creature I made up in stories to my grandkids).
Does it look like the steering was moved to the RH side, or was it always there? It could have been built under license elsewhere in the RH drive world.
