carb float adjustment

I am working on a 47 cj2a and have rebuilt the carb. I am having trouble with fuel overflowing from the bowl where the float is located. is this a float adjustment issue or do I have an issue somewhere else? If it is a float issue any tips on adjustment would be helpful.thanks.

Hi bondo bandit, it could be a float drop height issue or a fuel pressure issue. I would start with fuel pressure. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the help. It was actually the needle that stops the fuel from coming into the bowl.
