Looking for Winch Identification

Hell, I just bought a 1969 CJ5 with this great winch and front bumper. It has no identifiers that I can find and looks pretty old. Can anyone id it in the forum? It has a dog clutch lever and is operated through a solenoid and button. It free wheels out.

Looks like an old Ramsey or Tulsa PTO winch that someone has added an electric motor to.
