cj2a brake question

I am assembling a cj2a from parts and am now working on the brakes. Are the front and rear brake shoes the same? Typically the rear would be smaller to prevent fishtailing but the shoes I have all look the same.

hello! the cylinder have different size, the rear cil. is smaller than the front so they put less pressure over the shoes.
but it is not very effective :(
