Hi all,
New member here. I purchased a '60 willys cj3b last year and struggled with the brakes every time I took her out. Finally converted to disc on the front and the installation went very smoothly. She brakes pretty good now. However, I am getting some brake drag, not terrible and nothing heats up even after a few miles. From what I've read the master cylinder needs to be changed out due to residual pressure for the drums. I've only hesitated because the MC is new and it's a bitch to get to, as you all know. I'm wondering if anyone has added a proportioning valve to the existing MC. Additionally, after opening the MC up, I didn't see the valve that was supposed to be removed to relieve pressure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Ron
