Equipment bustle on back of a WW2 jeep

Hi all, am looking at a jeep that has a bustle on the rear of the vehicle. Have not seen one before. Are they rare?

I have seen pictures of MBs in France with bustle racks, but have never seen an official rack. You may check with the folks over at the G503 forum. They are a great source of information on the military Jeeps.
