Hi new to the forum . I just bought a 1963 cj3b that I started to restore. I am retired for 12 years now and I need something to keep me busy. I have restored a 1973 MG Midget and a 1962 Cushman Truckster a 1964 Ford 4000 Tractor and many riding mowers. This is my first Jeep so I am learning as I go. Hope to find info on here when I need help with something that puzzles me. Thanks Bill

Welcome Bill Sterbz,

You'll do great with your Jeep restoration, especially looking at your experience. Can't wait to see your pictures!

Your going to love this restore! Good luck and have a good time. The CJ's remind me of large strong ATV's!

Much better than an ATV or even a UTV side by side. You can drive a Heep down the road, and then go off road. All the other toys have to be hauled around. Even with the size of your chosen meats, baring local bumper height rules, you'll be road legal.

I agree gmwillys, I mean the way they are assembled. Basic frame, drive train and body. A very simple strong setup.
