55 Wagon Armrest Question

I recently purchased a 55 Wagon that has no armrests on the doors or the rear seat area. Did all 55 wagons have armrests? How do they attach? Is there hardware behind the door panels, on the door frame, to screw them to or do they just attach to the panels? Same question for attaching the rear seat armrests.

I'll get a few pictures with the door panel off. The arm rest mounts to the steel of the door,and just passes through the door panel.

The arm rest mounts to the inner door structure by the incerts shown.
