I think this is a very common question on the Forum. This might help.
Go to "Go Advanced" Scroll down to "Manage Attachments", Select "Browse" pick a file and then select "Upload". One file at a time and there is a limit to the photo's per post, as well as the size. The "Attachment Key" has the size limitations and file types that are up-loadable.
If you are taking pictures to post with your cell phone, the orientation of the phone's camera seems to affect the position of the picture. On mine I discovered that I must hold my phone horizontally with the "Shoot Button" on the right. Anything else is sideways or upside down.
