solex carb

Have installed a new solex carb on my 54 CJ 3 B Starts well idles well but runs rough from 3/4 throttle to full throttle.

new fuel lines, new fuel pump, fuel line pressure regulator installed, new points,condenser,alternater, coil, heavy gauge new wires to ignition,new ignition switch

where should I start to trouble shoot

This is a common complaint on the Solex carbs. You can tune them for idle but driving them at higher RPM, and they fall and stumble. Most folks get tired of fooling with them and replace them with a correct Carter carb.
