Hi Guys
Since I am new in the hobby, can anyone tel me the differences between a long and a short block L 134 engine.

Thanks a lot for your time

Typically a short block is just the engine block with the internal parts. Sometimes this includes the cam and timing gears but not always. A long block includes everything in the short block plus the cam, timing gear and heads. A long block could be a compete engine depending on who or where you order it.

Trailabite hit it on the head there. The one thing that is usually consistent is a long block will have a complete cylinder head on it and a short block will not have a cylinder head.
