Data plate question

I have a 46 - CJ2A and have a title with the serial number. The willys has no data plate, assume somebody took it. anyway, I have purchased a new plate. What information goes on the Ser# Line? Just the serial number or year and make etc...?

The following link will give you a good look for how the data plates are configured for a 2A. The CJ2A is stamped on the serial number line on the left side, and the serial number toward the right.
