Syncro T90

Hello All,

Is there a way to add a syncro to dropping into first gear without almost coming to a stop? I'm getting my transmission and transfer case rebuilt, so I figured now is a good time to ask.

Theoretically there might be a way to machine something up, but basically no. I think it would be very costly and all custom. Its an oldie, you need to learn to double clutch it. In my early truck driving days, everything in the larger trucks was un-synchronized. You get very good at double clutching. Besides its half the fun! Think Steve McQueen in the famous chase scene in "Bullitt".
