Fellers, I saw this today. I have zero interest and know nothing about them but thought you guys may know someone.

How cool is that rusty one? I'm so glad I have no room for any. Although it is true that 'collection' is a strong word for that bunch. I would say not quite a bevy more like a set. Who cares though right? Hope someone grabs em up!
Austin Champs..... Like owning a Jeep but 10 times the aggravation on finding good parts and keeping it running. They are capable little fellers, but I wouldn't go near one, nor would entertain the notion of working on.
Never seen gm with a more ominous warning. Stay away ya all!
I respectfully offer ... Restomod, very heavy on the mod. Can you imagine one of those things sitting on a chevette chasis? Yes sure, another forum for another day. bet it fits on something!
I like your thinking. Much like taking a Jaguar and dropping in a blown Chevy small block. At least then it would be reliable. The biggest problem is that the electrical system was built by Lucas Electric. Probably the most unreliable electrical equipment known to man. The engine was a copy of the original Rolls Royce designed four cylinder, that was deemed too expensive for production, so Austin lifted the drawings and made their own mediocre version.
