Newbie here with clutch issues

Hey all, love this place and my willys!! :) I have a 47 willys jeep that I can't seem to get the clutch adjusted right on. It just won't engage all the way(no pressure?). Could it be a linkage problem? or the cable maybe, I've tried adjusting the cable all the way in either direction, no luck :(

It could be the pressure plate or the linkage is too slack, or possibly a bad spring.
