Was driving my CJ-2A - (original Dana 18 transfer case) down a grade in 2nd gear when the transfer case slipped into neutral. The shift yoke has slipped on the shifter rod. Does anybody have tips on how to repair this yoke so it doesn't slip again?

Here are some problem/solutions that Kaiser's has put together. It's a pretty good at nailing down your problem, and the videos aren't half bad either.
