Well, I went Googling one more time and this time I hit the right question to ask Mr. Google.

Those are some really well done finishing touch stickers. Once upon a time I had to put the inspection stickers on for both the State and Federal DOT. Paid really well on flat rate to boot.
Stickers...whole new aspect of the resto thing. They used to give stickers for everything. So Mr. Google showed me a slew of new things about my Truck. This will take awhile to investigate
