New Guy with Old Jeep CJ5

Greetings all....This is my very first post on this forum...I've got a 1956 Willys CJ5 which is refurbished and all stock...the body looked great on the outside when I bought it this past May, but the underside was totally rusted beyond repair...in fact, the body was fastened only by one bolt up front, and the steering column !..I took the rusty body off and bought a new body tub kit...all done now except for the brake system (winter project)...the brake lines were all made from copper tubing !I kept all the electrics six volts...why?...because that's what it was when it was new and it works just fine...no radio or any gadgets...a new wiring harness made it so easy...I kept the original drivetrain..F134, T90, Dana 18 T case, and both axles are 5.38:1...paint now is Rust-O-Leum Hunter green, but I bought a gallon of OD green which will be sprayed on this summer...Mike
