Looking for Appraisal of 1967 Jeepster VIN 87

My father has a summer daily driver 1967 Convertible Jeepster VIN 87 that we are looking to get appraised.

It is wintered inside but is admittedly rough in spots. Mechanically, it is in good condition.

He spends the summer in upstate NY right at the NY-Canada border so it is not easy to get someone to come look at it.

Any ideas on who can help?

Low retail price $5,885

Average retail price $12,265

High retail price $27,280

Prices for the Commandos are rising quickly in the last couple of years.
