Have a 1952 M38A1 with a 24 volt electrical system. With the engine running, the batteries are not charging and I am trying to figure out what's not working - the voltage regulator or the generator? In dash amp meter is not moving one way or another. Any suggested test methods or thoughts would be helpful. Anyone know of someone who rebuilds either of these components? Thanks in advance.
