Restoring a 1942 Jeep Willy's with go devil engine

New to all of this. My husband found a 1942 Jeep that was restored 30 years ago. Unfortunately it sat in a backyard under a tarp since. So, we have a rust bucket! After working on it a bit, we got the engine to run! None of the gages are on it, but I have a bucket full of parts.

We are going to be asking a ton of questions i.e. New tub or restore old tub. That's the current debate. And boy it would be helpful for information on how to get the tub off! Finally did but that was difficult.

So, any help now and in the future will be very much appreciated!
