As optimistic as I can be to say that everything can be fixed with enough time and money..... This would a tough project to take on. Not too much there to work with.
Man I think I would just make a really nice platform/display to set it on and dip the whole thing in clear, just like it sets.
It looks like it’s been sitting on the sea bed. I like the preserve and display as is idea.
