Need help identifying this Willys and parts for restoration

Hi..I have just found this Willys which has a plate screwed in the dash board panel stating :
Make & Model 6-226
Mfr Serial : 31376
Delivery 6-57
Can someone enlighten me more about this vehicle ? I need parts too.
