I would check the frames for cracking and engine for any signs of leaking. Checking the steering and suspension is a good idea also.

Never tried, but a friend of mine told me that it can be done by loosening the steering box.
Old thread, but I'm curious where did you get your parts for conversion. I saw willysamerica online but have no experience with them.
Do you run front sway bar also?
