Search:

Could be old gas, or detiorated rubber parts,such as accelerator pump, if there is good pressure,seems likely carb proplems.

The spacer is not used on the single diaphragm pump.

Try a flexible socket or use 1/4" socket and extension the smaller diameters of the tools will help. It's not impossible!
