You can take a look on Amazon CL and probably find what you need, I’m not sure what size you need but here are some 1/4” bolts with clips. I found a lot of stuff for my project on Amazon.

We have an old school spring shop here in Akron that would take them and re-arch them back to normal if they do have a little sag to them.
Sometimes you can take the center pin out Wulfie, and clean them up with a flap disc and then primer and repaint them then stack them all back together and pin them.

Cast welding takes a Master to to get the temperature...
