That looks like an aftermarket electric pump to me. I have a 60 with the F134 engine also and just have a mechanical pump
on the drive rside of the engine

looks in good shape, I just replaced the master and wheel cylinders on my 60 willys. still have to do the drums and shoes but it stops now. thats a plus ;)

buy what fits. probably 1/4, 5/16, or /3/8. measure the hole to see what fits in. My son has a 54 3b. I can see whats in it
clean the carb. tap lightly on the float bowl. sounds like a stuck float

Maybe vapor lock, caused by the carb getting to hot, otherwise look for a vaccume leak

yes, I might sell it, I recently removed it for the summer, comes apart quite easily
I would use 15w30 valvoline oil, if your going to flat tow, remove the drive shafts first, that way you wont damage the drive train

I would take a hard look at the frame. tubs can be repaired much easier than a frame.
but look around inside and see what the floor looks like. If that's solid then you have something to work with
