Forgot about that! Well an original M38A1 radiator that holds 30psi and has good looking scoped bores should be worth a bunch!

It pisses me off when people tell you they will fix something or as you said, tell you in is unfixable when they could just say they don't want to mess with it or take it to someone else.

On the very front of the jeep. actually on the front grill, there are many holes in the top, evenly spaced, wonder if that might have been local command deal to add a winter heat cover, to restrict air flow into radiator for cold weather operations, like seen on diesels in cold COLD operations. Keeps engine at op temp???

Mine had a bug screen screwed on the front. Perhaps something like that at one time.

Interesting but rewarding day,, Took Magoo to a local old time alignment shop, told him i could not ge the toe in correct, just did not have the skills, asked them to do it, all front end parts are new. 20 minutes and fifty bucks later all are now true, asked him how close i was and he held up two fingers with maybe 1/2" air showing, and he said you were close. Then took Magoo on to Camp Lejeune and off we went,,, 4WD most of, no did not ford any creeks but was impressed with where we went, and not a lick of trouble... Then on to highway in 2WD and ride was so smooth

Hmmm. Old guy at the radiator shop. Old Jeep. Old guy in Jeep. Old time alignment shop.

I think I see something in common here. Dern kids.

You're getting to the fun part now. This is the payoff! Congratulations!!!
