Beginner in NC on a 1950 Willys Truck

I was just given my granddads 1949/50 Willys truck. I just wanted to introduce myself and show her off a little... I'm awaiting the manuals from Kaiser before I start the tear down. Just curious of other resources you guys used. Websites/ books/ what engines, transmissions, etc. did you drop into yours ? Any advice would be awesome

From a casual first glance, it looks like a 2WD. ?????

I left the F-134 in the '48 - it matches all the rest of the stuff in the drive line. Good Luck

Here is where the '48 started - it looks almost like the same barn.

And, here is how it ended up.
