Easier than pulling a transmission/transfer case and buying an adapter plate. Heli Coil for a win.
I knew this before pulling starter due to last time I put starter on, I felt threads give away. This time they are good and tight and marked/indexed bolts with a paint pen some I can see if they are loosening off.
Back to turbo plumbing…
Heli Coils save the day again and again. Heli Coils and speedy sleeves are some of the greatest inventions in the modern era.
Gotta love thread inserts of all types. I have repaired some lost causes with them. In the right circumstance, the type of insert you use can even save a cracked block.

Seem to be running out of room in the engine bay
I think you have it full jb. There's enough in there.
It's a good thing that you are using good components in your build. If you had scrimped on quality items, the layering of the components would be a nightmare to work on. Since you have done your homework, and used good stuff, you will have years of trouble free operation. Compared to modern equipment, you can still see the top of the valve covers, so all is well.
