Time to move on to another phase of this project; Double Triangulated 4-Link is done.

Flexed it on the 2post lift; everything cleared really well. What the pics show, was not a maximum flex. This type of suspension is impressive in the amount of movement you have.

Time for shocks, bump stops, limit straps.

Definitely some range of motion there jb. Very similar to a Monster Truck set up.

Is the bung a slip fit into the tubing or does it take some persuading to get it into the tube?

Prior my drill and grinder work, easy fit. After rat-tail file/deburring, same. Couple, I used a rubber mallet and dropped right in with no issues.

Are you going to change the front axle JB so it has the same flexibility?
The rear is pretty impressive on what you did there!!!
I used to have a girlfriend back in my wilder days that was about that flexible, but now that I am Old and decrepit it probably would either kill me or wouldn't be nearly as fun
Keep up the Good work Buddy!!!

Tell us more about the girlfriend(bmorgil) and I'll give you more on the plan for the Willys Just kidding

It has the worst(my opinion) Dana 60 made in front of it not. Vacuum accuated, super expensive conversion for lockout hubs, etc etc. So, yes, looking at a different set-up but still working on a decision regarding steering(Full Hydraulic vs. Hydraulic Assist).

Front Differential, just picked it up yet, Dana Super 60 "Snow Fighter"

The Dana super 60 Snow Fighter is the best front differential you will find. The vacuum disconnect front axle is easily modified with an axle shaft without the disconnect and a block off. However if you have a 60 model Snow fighter the decision is easy. Never count a model 60 out. It is one tough axle.

All work and no play is NEVER good

Went up in the Ozark Mountains for the weekend.

Time to get back on the Willys I guess.
