Rear main seal L134 in place repair.

Hello, are there any instructions on how to replace the rear main seal on a L134 while the motor is still in place? Also, when I replaced everything in the bell housing area, a couple of the flywheel studs weren't in the best of shape. I can replace them when I do the real main seal?

The Universal Service Manual reprint is the best information available. I wouldn't even start on one without it. Here is a link to a PDF for the F head. The procedures you are looking for are the same for the L head.

Yes you can replace the bolts. The manual also goes over the procedure to drill, ream and replace the flywheel bolts.
