    Restoring 1952 CJ3A

My name is darren. I am restoring my 52 cj3a. I was wanting to know if it was possible to install hanging pedals. I want to have power brakes and clutch. Any suggestions out there?

I dont have a CJ3 but I would imagine a firewall mounted system would work. You would have to watch our for clearance under the hood and steering system.

    Hanging pedals

I've seen hanging pedals in a number of Willys that have V-6 swaps. Definately can be done, question is how unmolested is your 3A and do you really want to start making modifications? You an always upgrade brakes from 9" to 11" or even to disc and add a dual cylinder master all with keeping your original pedals and linkages. If you are planning to run your stock L134, a set of 11" brakes will give you all the stopping power you need. I have 31x10.5 w/ 11" brakes and dual master and they work like a charm!
