    WV newbie with 47 cj2a

    Hi everyone I have been lurking for quite awhile and always wanted a willys. Well Monday I got my wish and was able to get a 47 Willys CJ2A. I would say it is a 90 or 95 percent complete restoration. I have alot of little things I want to do to it to make it as period correct as I can. I have to wire the brake light, connect the emergency brake, replace at least one bushing, install a tail pipe, and the oil pan gasket is leaking so I am going to change it out. I have a few other things I want to do to it as well with a little time and money. But thats a little about me and my new willys.

    Thought I'd add an updated pic. I have steps to put on and park lights ready to go on soon as the lenses come in. I'm also going to have the willys logo's painted black as well. I like it much better trimmed out in black!!! It Won't be too much longer. I'm dying to take her for a spin:}
