I don't have much experience with Willys beyond flipping through catalogs and perusing websites, but a news story caught my attention with a piece of video.
Is this a Willys, and if so, what kind? I'd love to find out!

that looks like a Dodge power wagon. they are bigger then the willys and there were a few body variations for the millitary.
my mate has 2 of them, one a restored civillan bodied truck and one old bush basher truck similar to the one pictured. they are very tuff old machines.
I don't know if my last post went out. Got disturbed when in the middle of it.
It is a Dodge Power Wagon and I have recently been contacted by someone who has one of these for sale.
It would need to be restored.
If you'd like I will gladly pass on your details to him.
Feel free to contact me on my private ...admin@workingdogcentre.com.
All the best,

Marathon Spares are having a very large auction to move all the stuff they collected from a deceased estate recently.
I think it's on around the 22nd of May...I may be wrong.
Anyway, in the auction is a Power Wagon...if you're interested.
All the best,
Ben
I just love the look of these vehicles.
Bit on the heavy side with fuel and it is a leisurely drive for long distances :-)....but a special kind of beast!
Ben
yeah, they are a bit slow on the highway. both have the original side valve dodge six in them.
i have been on plenty of 4x4 trips into the mountains of central NSW on some of the tuffest tracks in aust (all closed up now , do a google for "wirraba ridge trail" ) and there was not many places that would stop that old green beast.

This is the undoubtably the rarest Power Wagon in the World.
It is currently up for sale: http://www.dodgepowerwagon.com/class...3-50woodie.php
I don't know the exact measurements of her but she would probably take up most of a shipping container (and maybe a bit more).
The Power Wagon Woodie is also featured in Bat.
