Very impressive truss work there.
Very good point TJ! The most damaging/dangerous event with a high speed grinder. The wheel disintegrating at speed. That can happen when you run them to the nub, or they are cheap. Protect yourself at all times!
Totally agree with you guys. Buy consumables designed for a said tool. I prefer the name brand consumables to same brand tools. I have seen some really bad accidents over the years. I’m a fan of Harbor Freight, but not the grinding wheels. Never used them, so can’t say to much, but the stories are out there about them coming apart.
Safety First!!!

I love this project of yours jb!
I feel to fat to crawl around on the floor to do this, when I have access to a 2post
Took needed measurements at the floor and going to 4link this in the air
Squared up, level, and pinion angle set.

Don't be to distracted with chains. My measure of safety so nothing gets away from me.
Looks pretty Good JB!!!
Sometimes you got to do what you have to do and use what you have to work with
The truck frame should do the job as far as being stout enough for your 4 link system!!!

Something out of nothing/nothing out of something?
Here we go..... It’s a lot of detail to get this worked out, but, mathematically, it’s time to materialize this stuff. Good, bad or indifferent, i will share the results.
Stay tuned
