    New project Cj2A 1946

Picked up a new project a few days ago. She needs a lot of attention but I believe I can make it work again. It has been years since I took on more than just general maintenance on my vehicles, but recently retired and I wanted the challenge. Jeep is a bit more rough than I planned on starting with, but when she popped up on the Marketplace so close to home, I had to stop by and see it close up and then you know, it was all over. The good; it has a title. The bad; The GoDevil was replaced with a Buick V6 along the way and the rig has been sitting for quite some time. The challenge; Asses, repair or replace then explore. For now waiting for the snow to melt while researching on the inter webs, I also look forward to developing some new relationships as I understand what questions I need to ask.

I had been driving by her in this field all winter long. Surprised and acted when I saw the add pop up on Marketplace:

bringing her home. Looks good at 200':

That's a nice looking start Ductape! I cant think of a better project for someone who likes to work on cars. You have many options for your project. That is the beauty of these things. The V6 swap looks fairly decent. When you get it cleaned up it will be interesting to see what you have. Nice looking winter scene there!
