    Hello from Texas

Hello folks, just purchased an old girl that has been sitting in weather for awhile. She wont tell me much about herself, due to no data plates except for the tub serial #, 167884 on tub and 167885 on tailgate. Thinking she is probably a "48" model cj2a. If some one can direct me to info in how to post pictures here I will do so. Would like some info on what manuals will be helpful. Thanks.

How to post a picture in a thread

I think this is a very common question on the Forum. This might help.

Go to "Go Advanced" Scroll down to manage attachments, Select "Browse" pick a file and then select "Upload". One file at a time and there is a limit to the photo's per post, as well as the size. The "Attachment Key" has the size limitations and file types that are up-loadable.

Here is a good manual that will help you with a lot of the things you will run into as you peel that old beast apart.

And don't hesitate to ask us questions.

Post some pictures of the grill and under the hood. Take some pics of the front driver side motor mount. gmwillys will let you know what you have.
